The restless race of the traveller’s heart before the journey begins, when anxiety and anticipation are tangled together; a ‘travel fever’ that can manifest as an illness.

This word perfectly depicts how we are feeling right now!

For the next couple months, my partner and I will be travelling across Canada and the Northern/Mid United States. We started this blog for our family and friends to keep track of our journey! We leave from New Brunswick Saturday morning – July 11th, 2015, and plan on spending a considerable amount of time in Western North America.

Quite often I see various friends and family, on social media, travelling to distant lands in pursuit of amazing natural phenomena. We wish to showcase the beauty of our own nation in hopes others will follow suit and travel around Canada & The United States. We are both in awe of our natural world and the many wonders it has in store for us. A heavy focus of our trip will be in Parks Canada & The National Park Service. We will also be stopping in several cities to experience the various urban lifestyles as well.

Our first stop is Montreal!
